Fresh carrot-orange juice is one of my all-time favorite drinks. It's right up there with rosé, sparkling water, hibiscus iced tea, espresso and Pernod. Not only is it a beautiful color combo, but the mixture of flavors is incredible. The key is to make it as close to consuming it as possible. I first squeeze the orange juice with a citrus juice press and then run the carrots through a juice extractor. I know some people like to throw in ginger or chia seeds or celery or a host of other fresh ingredients, but I like it with nothing but pure carrot and orange.
